Delete image background
When inserting an image, you may be most concerned with the center or foreground of the image. There are some things you want people to pay attention to, and the rest of the images are on the road. Office allows you to hide these unwanted elements. Double-click the screen clip of the Windows logo to select it and display the Picture Tools Format tab.
When the Format tab appears, notice the "Delete Background" option on the far left. Two things happen when this option is activated. Select to delete the background immediately.

Brightness and contrast options are no stranger to Office 2010, but the correction library is. Sharpness, brightness, and color options have been incorporated into this library. Open the correction library.
Starting at the midpoint of the top control set, you can make the image softer by selecting the thumbnail image on the left or by making the image sharper by selecting the thumbnail on the right. Each thumbnail is softer or sharper by 25% than its neighbors.
